On the road!

Ed and I going with the other Sunday School teachers and Pastor and Sis. Martin tomorrow to the Ohio District Sunday School Conference at Christian Apostolic Church in Newark, Ohio where Bro. and Sis. Sjostrand pastor. I am looking so forward to it. I especially love to shop at the bookstore where WAP always has really great "stuff". *grin* Last year I bought three of the most beautiful books, which I ended up giving away as gifts. *feeble grin*

I've always been fortunate to get some beautiful cards for those special people in my life, too. I mean, they are really extraordinary cards, usually with a bookmarker attached or something like that. Sooooo, you know where I will be heading first thing tomorrow! *smile* Well, after I say hello to a few hundred people (okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration!) that I haven't seen for awhile!! Especially Donnie....er, uh...Bro. Ryan and Becky!! *grin*

Therefore, I may not blog tomorrow, but I shall return by Monday morning at the latest!! Have a wonderful weekend everyone!! :-)

I used to love sunday school, especially question competions who knew the most about the bible....

In addition myself and a boy named jared were the only 2 children baptised in that church in over 100 years (at the time), so we got away with murder, swinging off the communion rails while the sermon was being delivered...

My faith is long since gone but my memories of that old church back home will always be with me:)

Yes, I have some wonderful memories of Sunday School, too, Aiden, though I was not baptized until I was 23. It was then that I gave my heart to the Lord and was born again.
I can remember our son getting pretty rambunctious at church :-o and we would have to corrale him! *smile* He was just being a boy!
It's possible to find your faith once again, Aiden. It is.
