Take Two

I am having my second (right) hip-replacement tomorrow at 12:45pm. Here we go again. *feeble grin* I know that it is going to be worth it all once I get through the surgery, recovery and physical therapy.
We've been busy today getting things done and ready for after my surgery, when I come home.
Daniel has been very sick the past couple of days with a pretty severe case of bronchitis. We've been staying away from eachother so I don't contract his sickness.
I'll be back blogging as soon as I am able to but for now, there will probably be a few days of respite. I covet your prayers for my surgery and recovery and for my DH as he helps me through all of this. He is a treasure.

I'll be praying, Jewel, and will look forward to hearing from you when you are able.

I was thinking that the first time you deal with the fear of the unknown, and the second time fear of the known. :-) At least I would, I am sure, and maybe not alway "fear" so much as just not looking at all forward to the process. But you're wise to keep the end or the goal in sight. It will feel so good when all of this heals up!

Hi Barbara...well, I'm home now and I do believe that I am doing better with this one...so far....than I did with the first one. I appreciate you praying so much! ((HUGS))

Hi Barb...yes, I'm home already and doing well, considering. Of course, there is pain and discomfort but they want me to be as active as possible with periods of rest! I'll be right over!
