Friday's Feast!

Click on the button to join in on the Friday’s Feast, “a buffet for the brain.”

Appetizer:

When was the last time you had your hair cut/trimmed?

Soup

Name one thing you miss about being a child.

Being able to play pretend for real, if that makes sense...*smile*

Salad

Pick one: butter, margarine, olive oil.

Definitely BUTTER!

Main Course

If you could learn another language, which one would you pick, and why?

French because I feel that it is the most beautiful language I have ever heard.

Although spanish would be more practical because so many people speak it here in the U.S.

Dessert

Finish this sentence: In 5 years I expect to be…

.....in Heaven because the Lord is coming!

Happy Friday and I so remember about playing pretend for real. My sister and I used to make "soup" outside with yard clippings while my mom was cutting the grass. And we would be SO involved. Sigh.. thanks for the memories.

Have a great weekend.

Hi Yvonne...thanks for stopping by. Yes, I've always longed to be able to pretend like I did as a child.

Hi Judy....I used to play cooking show and made some unbelievable concoctions from water and dirt and those purple poison(?) berries and whatever else I could find! Thanks for coming by my blog!

HI Debbie...I did indeed stop by your blog and enjoyed my visit...thanks for coming by! Happy Friday!

Hi Genny...I don't know what keeps me from taking the initiative to learn Spanish. I mean, I'm at the library and they have courses on CD here. You just never know...I might just check one out!
